Stainless steel jacketed reactor is a closed reaction system with double-layer jacket for heating, cooling, insulation and vacuum reaction. It is widely used in chemical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and material pilot production areas.

Usually SS304 material and SS316L material are common choices on the market. Also we can design and produce reactor with C276 material base on customer needs.

Superior Temperature Control: Jacketed design for oil/water heating & cooling to ensure efficient and uniform heat transfer, enabling precise ramping, holding, and cooling of reaction process. This is essential for sensitive exothermic or endothermic reactions, crystallization, polymerization, and condensation processes.

Made of SS304 or SS316 stainless steel, the interior vessel offers excellent resistance to corrosion, strong acids, alkalis, and ensures product purity meets stringent hygienic standards, making it suitable for pharmaceutical, food grade, and specialty chemical production, meet GMP standards.

Flexible Port Configuration: The multi-port design includes customized openings on the lid for feeding, sight glass observation, reflux, temperature probing, pressure release, and nitrogen inerting. This flexibility allows for integration into complex system setups.

Reliable Agitation System: Powered by a fully enclosed, low-noise brushless motor with frequency control for stable speed adjustment (0-600 rpm). Choose between mechanical or magnetic coupling seals. Agitators (Anchor standard, others optional) with PTFE-coated 316SS rods ensure thorough mixing and are resistant to corrosion, temperature extremes, and material adhesion.
