SF Series Stainless Steel Universal Crusher Grinder
SF series stainless steel pulverizer is mainly used in chemical, food, perfume, resin, powder, powder coating and other weak electric materials and high temperature resistant materials. Using the relative movement between the movable toothed disk and the fixed movable toothed disk, the material is crushed by the impact, friction of the toothed disk and the impact between the materials. The crushed materials will automatically enter the collection bag by the action of the rotary centrifuge, and the dust will be recovered by the dust collection box through the cloth bag filtration. Feature：
1 In the machine chamber, there is the leaf structure. When operation, the air in the grinding chamber is blown out by the rotary leaves taking out the heat. Therefore, there is no much heat in the chamber to ensure the characteristic of the material.
2 When operation, the strong air flow can expel the material out. So it can pulverized the heat sensitive and sticky material with good effect.
3. For the good performance on the heat, it can be the substitute of universal crusher.
4. Expect the pull force of the fan, the air flow in the grinding chamber blows the fine powder out (the fineness of the powder is adjustable through the sieves).
Industrial Four Shaft Shredder

Twin Shaft Shredder Machine
The twin shaft shredder uses two parallel shafts with interlocking cutting discs, as a result the material is shredded both lengthways and crossways. The cutting discs have tipped blades which grab the material and pull it down into the cutting chamber, making it particularly effective when shredded large hollow containers. The machine is not fitted with a fixed screen which means that issues with screen bridging/blocking are avoided and a consistent throughput can be achieved. The product size is controlled by the width of the shredding blades, number of hooks, and hook profile.
Alternative fuel/RDF(refuse derived fuel): Municipal solid waste, industrial waste, wood, paper, tires, plastics, carpets, textiles, etc.
