1. Strong Corrosion Resistance

Outer body made of SS304 or SS316L stainless steel. Inner liner available in PTFE (Teflon) or PPL, resistant to strong acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.

2. High Temperature & Pressure Resistance

PTFE liner safe working temp ≤200℃; PPL liner ≤260℃. Max working pressure ≤3MPa, stable and reliable.

3. Safe & Leak‑proof Sealing

Precision sealing structure between kettle body and lid, ensuring long‑term leak‑free operation under high pressure.

4. External Heating & Uniform Temperature

External heating design saves space. Multiple reactors can be heated simultaneously in an oven for consistent reaction conditions.

5. Easy Operation & Maintenance

Simple structure, easy to assemble and clean. Non‑stick PTFE/PPL liner reduces residue and contamination.

Sample Loading

Fill the Teflon Stainless Steel Autoclave to ≤80% capacity (feeding coefficient < 0.8).

For corrosive materials, use a PTFE liner to protect the kettle.

Heating & Cooling

Use external heating. Control heating/cooling rate ≤5℃/min. Do not open lid until temperature is below solvent boiling point.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Clean immediately after use to avoid corrosion and extend service life.
