Hydrothermal autoclave reactor is also called acid digestion tank.which is a closed reactor which can be used in high temperature and high pressure to dissolve insoluble substances, and it has Strong chemical resistance - resistant to acids, alkalis and various organic solvents. It is mainly used for sample pretreatment , small-dose synthesis reaction,Disintegration of substances, etc.


The Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactor is widely used in petrochemical industry, biomedicine, material science, geochemistry, environmental science, food science, industrial quality analysis departments, scientific laboratories, R&D laboratories, commodity inspection, etc.
Rich Smart produce two types of Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactor : One is a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) lined hydrothermal autoclave reactor; the other one is a PPL (para-polyphenylene or polyphenylene) lined autoclave. And we develop and supply two types of seals for fastening reactor vessels. The capacities of 10ml, 25ml, 50ml, 100ml, 150ml, 200ml, 250ml, 300ml, 400ml and 500ml use a threaded type seal, while the capacities of 1000ml, 1500ml and 2000ml use a flange type seal.
PTFE lined hydrothermal autoclave reactor :
Reactions are performed max 240°C (428°F) in a PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) lined autoclave, with a safe temperature of 200°C (392°F).

PPL lined hydrothermal autoclave reactor:
PPL (para-polyphenylene or polyphenylene material) lined reactors are used to run reactions at higher temperatures, with a safe temperature of 260 ℃Celsius (500 ℉) and a max temperature 280 °C (536 ℉). PPL Capacity models are as follows:

Structural composition:

How to use the Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactors?
The Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactors is designed for external heating. The ideal heating and cooling temperature rate of the reactor to obtain better results is 5 ℃/min.
First, Fill the materials to be reacted in the Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactors, tighten the Autoclave Reactors with the matching tools to ensure that there is no leakage;
Second, Place the Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactors into the oven, furnace, microwave oven, or other heating devices;
Third ,after the reaction is completed, waiting for the reactor down to room temperature, and use the tools to open the reactor to take out the materials.
Finally, clean the Hydrothermal Autoclave Reactors for next use.

Safety measures
Please do not use the autoclave if the solvent or reaction material is not full.
To avoid contamination, clean the liner thoroughly before use.

Close the autoclave covers properly; never force them open without release all pressure.
