Horizontal Steam Sterilizer Autoclave has the advantages of rapid heating and thorough sterilization.It is used in medical, scientific research, food, and other fields. The sterilization principle is to use the principle of gravity displacement to make the hot and humid steam move from top to bottom in the sterilizer and discharge the cold air from the bottom exhaust hole.

The advantage of hot and humid steam sterilization is that steam has a strong bactericidal effect. It can increase the water content of bacterial protein, making it easier to coagulate due to heat, thereby accelerating the death process of microorganisms.

PID control system: "LED" digital display to run the working cycle program, and automatically stops after sterilization finished (alarm).

Safety interlock device: It adopts the control structure of electronic and mechanical interaction. The interlock device automatically locks the pot cover When there is pressure in the Autoclave ,ensure the safety of equipment operation.

Sterilizer cover opening and closing device: adopts a lever-type telescopic structure to make the opening and locking of the sterilizer cover safe and reliable.

Set program: You can set a fixed program to sterilize items.

Memory system: it can store the last sterilization procedure, which is convenient for your new operation.

Exhaust steam control: After sterilization is completed, the exhaust valve can start at the scheduled time, and the digital screen will show the exhaust steam.

Verification port: Provides temperature and pressure inspection ports to facilitate the detection of multiple temperature points in Horizontal Steam Sterilizer Autoclave.

Safety configuration: cover locking linkage device, electronic over-temperature and over-pressure protection system, anti-dry burning function, safety pressure relief valve, automatic fault detection system.

Printing function: real-time printing sterilization temperature and sterilization time. (Optional)
