Spray drying is accomplished by dissolving, emulsifying or dispersing the core substance in a solvent or in a solution of carrier material. The material is then atomized and sprayed into the drying
chamber where a hot stream of drying gas helps evaporate the solvent to produce dry solid particles. These particles are further separated from the gas stream and collected using centrifugal
forces with a cyclone

This instrument is suitable for the laboratory to directly convert liquid materials into solid powders, without the need to filter, concentrate and crush the materials before drying. The Spray Dryer has broad-spectrum applicability to all solutions such as emulsions and suspensions along with a pneumatic atomization spray system.

1.The lab Spray dryer is made of excellent SS304 and glass, with bottom wheel;

2.Large touch LCD screen operation ;

3.Original imported two liquid nozzle, concentric coaxial, uniform atomization;

4.The air pressure nozzle is equipped with pass needle, which can clear blockages;

5.Transparent glass drying chamber, cyclone , collect bottle, the testing process is transparent and Observable.

6.The heating system adopts PID control technology, with temp accuracy ±1℃;

7.The uniformity of the spray-dried powder can reach 95%.

8.The lab Spray dryer has low operating noise, less than 55dBA, which is better than general laboratory noise requirement standard;

9.The minimum feed capacity can reach 30ml/h

10.The induced draft fan with frequency can be customized,so you can control air volume for the lighter powder material.
