Benchtop Glass Bioreactor are widely used in industries such as dairy, beverages, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and fine chemicals. The glass bioreactor body is equipped with jacketed layer and insulation layer. The top and bottom of reactor body are processed by rotating the R angle.

The inner wall of the glass bioreactor is mirror polished, so there is no sanitary dead corner. Due to the fully enclosed design, all ingredients can always be mixed and fermented in an uncontaminated state.

The glass bioreactor body is equipped with breathing holes, CIP cleaning nozzles, manholes and etc.

1. Temperature control: online detection, digital setting, automatic/manual control; German Pt-100 temperature probe and digital temperature meter; built-in electric heating device and external cooling water automatically control temperature.
2. pH control: online detection, 1 or 2 peristaltic pumps automatically add alkali or acid for adjustment; imported Swiss Mettler/Hamilton pH electrode, can be sterilized by high-temperature steam.
3. Dissolved oxygen (DO): online detection, range 0-* or 0-200%; imported Swiss Mettler/Hamilton DO electrode, can be sterilized by high-temperature steam; optional linkage control with speed.
4. Feed control: standard 1 peristaltic pump time proportion feed, flow addition amount cumulative display and recording.
5. Defoaming method: conductive foam electrode, automatic alarm for abnormal foam conditions; standard 1 peristaltic pump automatic/manual flow addition of defoaming agent, flow addition amount cumulative display and recording.
6. Control system: application of industrial-grade MC-bio control system, Siemens PLC controller, 32-bit true color touch screen operation interface, complete functions and stable operation; A-type simple instrument control system is also available.
