Stainless steel bioreactor are used for small-scale fermentation tests of microorganisms and cell cultures. The equipment has good stability and is easy to operate.

Our stainless steel bioreactor (including filtration and tank sterilization) to achieve automatic control of the entire process. Mechanical or magnetic coupling stirring systems can be used. The stirring speed is adjustable and can be linked with other parameters to achieve automatic control of fermentation temperature, pH, DO and other parameters, automatic recording, storage and output; vessel materials, measurement and control parameters, etc. can be customized.

1. High quality Material: Bioreactor body is SUS316L, the jacket is SUS304 , the vessel body and pipeline are all fully automatic argon arc welding, electrolytic polishing technology;

2. One-click sterilization: fully automation, one-click sterilization (vessel body, pipeline, filter) ;

3. Skid-mounted system: The whole system is skid-mounted and integrated, with casters for easy movement, and all interfaces are standard quick-install interfaces;

4.Pipeline design: no dead angle, blind pipe section meets 3D requirements; horizontal pipeline has a certain slope and is equipped with a discharge port, the whole system can be emptied by itself.

5. Automatic pressure control :The system is with proportional regulating valve and equipped with safety valve, automatic pressure relief in case of overpressure;

6. Sanitary piping: All sanitary piping systems have undergone degreasing, pickling, passivation, cleaning and other processing processes, and meet the quality standards of the pharmacopoeia;

7.Automatic air intake: The system automatically controls the air intake, and the air intake volume can be related to DO and speed.

8. Flexible process control: batch, semi-batch, continuous or perfusion culture, etc.

9. Online automatic cleaning system: CIP online cleaning system can be customized to fully/semi-automatically clean the tank and pipeline;

10. Multiple process development: Supports high-density, microaerobic and anaerobic fermentation, secretory product production, and process development suitable for cell and gene therapy.
