1.Design volume from 10L to 500L (max. 20ton), working volume up to 70%.

2.Batch stirring bioreactor systems.

3.Sterilization-In-Place (SIP), equipped with high temperature steam pipeline.

4.Standard sensor ports,match with PT100, pH, DO, antifoam, feed, aeration and pressure sensors.

5.Optional Clear-In-Place (CIP), there is one port on vessel top for cleaning device.

6.You can adjust the temperature by Jacket vessel

7.Standard with mechanical stirring, it has ideal dynamic balance performance with proper ratio of upper and lower shaft.

8.Standard with flat or pitched-blade- impellers; other type impellers can be customized.

1. The inside and outside of the vessel are mirror-polished to reduce the chance of contamination

2. The vessel body with different diameter-to-height ratio can be customized.

3. Equipped with automatic sterilization and automatic tank pressure control system.

4. Sanitary 316L stainless steel bottom annular gas distributor, uniform bubble distribution, and pores are not easy to clog.

5. Equipped with fermentation-specific baffles, good convection conditions can be formed in the tank during stirring, with both radial flow and axial flow, and the mass transfer efficiency is the best.

6.Equipped with mechanical pressure defoaming paddles (first level), which can break the foam effectively, and equipped with defoaming electrodes, automatically detect foam, then add defoaming agent in proportion automatically

7. Servo/SEW motor, no delay in starting

8. Temperature, pH, DO, speed, defoaming, and feeding parameters can be set on PLC system

9. A variety of related feeding strategies can be provided: pH joint control feeding mode, DO joint control feeding mode, exponential feeding mode, linear feeding mode, segmented feeding mode

10. The control system can be connected to a host computer, and the fermentation process detection data can be uploaded to the computer for detection, analysis and comparison

11. In terms of data analysis, at least 1,000 batches of fermentation data can be saved and consulted.
