For solutions with a moisture content of 40-60% (up to 90% for special materials), it can be dried into a powdered product at one time. After drying, there is no need for crushing and screening, which reduces the production process and improves the purity of the product. The particle size, bulk density and moisture content of the product can be adjusted by changing the operating conditions within a certain range, which makes control and management very convenient.

The centrifugal spray dryer passes air through a filter and a heater and enters the hot air distributor at the top of the drying chamber. The hot air enters the drying chamber evenly in a spiral shape. The liquid passes through the filter and is pumped to the centrifugal spray head at the top of the drying chamber. It is sprayed into extremely small mist droplets, which come into contact with the hot air with a large surface area. The water evaporates quickly and dries into granular products in a very short time. The wet exhaust gas is captured at the bottom of the tower and in the cyclone separator and discharged to the outside by the fan.
