Princinple 

Our low temperature vacuum dryer Oven is based on the principle that water has a low boiling temperature under low pressure, so that the moisture in the water-containing items to be dried is removed to achieve the purpose of drying. It uses a vacuum pump to evacuate air and moisture, so that a vacuum state is formed in the working room, the boiling point of water is reduced, and the drying speed is accelerated.

1. Under vacuum, the boiling point of the solution of the material is reduced, so that the heat transfer driving force of the evaporator is increased.

2. The heat source for evaporation operation can be made of low pressure steam, waste steam or electric heating tube. (supply customized hot water or oil, etc. heating source)
