The Automatic Sterilization Stainless steel bioreactor adopts special heat-resistant, pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant glass materials, and the upper and lower sealing plates are made of stainless steel. The changes of the fermentation liquid can be clearly observed during the fermentation process. The working principle of the automatic sterilization stainless steel fermentation tank mainly relies on its internal and external circulation systems, so that the materials in the tank are continuously degraded by microorganisms to achieve the purpose of sterilization. At the same time, through the automatic control device and computer program control, the stirring speed, temperature, pH value, dissolved oxygen and other parameters can be accurately detected and controlled, thereby ensuring the stability and efficiency of the fermentation process.

Jacket vessel allows hot water and cooler to adjust the temperature.

Standard with flat or pitched-blade- impellers; other type impellers are available.

The control system of Automatic Sterilization Stainless steel bioreactor includes adjustable stirring speed, automatic control of fermentation temperature, pH, DO and other parameters, automatic recording, storage and printing.

(3) Compared with conventional bubble towers, the operable gas and liquid flow range is larger.

(4) The gas supply efficiency is high, and the gas flow rate in the riser is large. Similar reactions may be greater than the gas flow rate and are conducive to aerobic movement.

(5) The fluidization effect of Automatic Sterilization Stainless steel bioreactor is very good, and solid particles, even heavier particles, can be well suspended.
