Operation Guide
1. Preparation & Loading
Ensure all components are clean and undamaged. Place reaction materials in PTFE/PPL liner, filling no more than 80% of capacity to allow for expansion.
2. Sealing Procedure
Assemble the reactor with both stainless steel pads positioned correctly. Hand-tighten the main cover clockwise until resistance is felt, then use the locking rod for final tightening.
3. Heating Process
Place reactor in oven or furnace. Gradually increase temperature at recommended rate of 5°C/min. Do not exceed maximum temperature limits.
4. Cooling & Opening
Allow reactor to cool naturally at ≤5°C/min. Once at room temperature, carefully open and remove contents. Clean immediately after use.
