Exceptional Material Durability: Fabricated from 304 or 316 stainless steel, the reactor body provides outstanding resistance to corrosion, oxidation, and degradation from strong acids, alkalis, and various aggressive chemical agents, guaranteeing a long operational lifespan and minimal maintenance.
Comprehensive Multi-Port Lid: The reactor lid is equipped with multiple standardized ports, allowing for easy integration of feeding mechanisms, thermowells, condensers (reflux), sight glasses for visual monitoring, pressure management devices, and inert gas purging. Custom port configurations are available to fit existing production lines.
Efficient and Reliable Mixing: Equipped with a brushless motor offering frequency control for smooth speed regulation (0-600 rpm). The system ensures high torque and stable operation. Choose from various stirring rod types (A-G, Anchor standard) often featuring PTFE coating on SS316 for chemical inertness and high/low temperature resistance, promoting efficient homogenization and reaction acceleration.
Adaptable to Various Processes: Suitable for operations under pressure (std. max 0.6Mpa) or vacuum (std. max -0.098 Mpa), making it perfect for reactions requiring controlled atmospheres, distillation, or degassing. The screw-press type lid seal with fluorine rubber gasket ensures a tight closure.
User-Friendly Operation: Features an intuitive controller with an LCD display for real-time monitoring and adjustment of agitation speed and temperature (with appropriate accessories). Designed for operational simplicity and safety.
Scalable Solutions: Available in a wide range of standard capacities from compact 5L lab units to large 200L production models, allowing for process scale-up with consistent performance.
