The main and auxiliary materials in different proportions are mixed evenly, and the materials will not dissolve or volatilize during the mixing process.

Machine Features
1. The contact part is made of stainless steel, which has good corrosion resistance.
2. The mixing tank can automatically flip and pour materials, and the mixing time can be adjusted.

4. The gap between the blade and the barrel is small, and there is no dead angle in mixing.
5. Sealing devices are provided at both ends of the stirring shaft to prevent the material from leaking out.
6. The hopper adopts button point control, which is convenient for discharging, especially suitable for mixing materials with high uniformity requirements ,or big material specific gravity differences.

Structure Composition
1. Mixing reducer
This reducer is the main transmission structure of the mixer. It can output strong torque during operation to make the materials mixed evenly.
2. Mixing hopper
The mixing hopper is a tank-shaped body made of qualitied stainless steel, with a stirring paddle inside.
3. Pour-out reducer
The pouring reducer is to control the positioning angle of the mixing hopper. When working, the motor installed in the machine base drives the worm and worm gear through the V-belt to drive the mixing tank to rotate within a certain angle range, so that the mixed material can be poured out at one time.
4. Machine base and motor device
The machine base is an integral structure. The motor is installed on the movable plates on both sides of the machine base. The upper and lower parts of the motor can be adjusted with screws .This can make the V-belt have a certain tightness to maintain the transmission force.
5. Electrical control box
The control box is located on the right side of the machine. The transmission of the mixing hopper can be controlled by pressing the mixing tank "up" and "down" buttons. Note that the two buttons cannot be pressed at the same time.

1.The capacity range is 0.1-8 cubic meters, select equipment of corresponding specifications.
2.Determine the volume of materials mixed in each batch.
