Ultrasound Reactor

The RSU series of ultrasonic reactor integrates multiple functions such as ultrasonic function, stirring function, emulsification function, constant temperature function, etc. It is a modular integrated reactor solution for dispersed and mixed materials.

1.Ordinary reactors use mechanical stirring to crush, disperse, mix or react powdered substances in liquid phase. The processing time and process will be very long, especially for the dispersion of solid particles with a diameter of less than 10um in liquid. Because the mixing rate and mass transfer rate of the particles in the stirring process have reached the limit value and become a constant, the reaction will not be improved even if the stirring rate is increased.

2.The RSU series ultrasonic reactor uses a mixer and a disperser to achieve the effect of pretreatment, and then uses multiple interactions such as ultrasonic dispersion, crushing, and activation. Its function can destroy the solvent structure, improve the reaction activity, disperse the crushed particles, and further reduce their linear size. Field experiments have proved that the ultrasonic reactor has a significant effect on the ultrafine crushing and nano-dispersion of powdered substances in the liquid phase. At the same time, it can also accelerate the reaction of powdered substances, emulsification reactions, and homogeneous reactions.

3.The main function of the RSU series ultrasonic reactor is to achieve vacuum, accelerate material dispersion and reaction time, and achieve more detailed dispersion of materials without bubbles.

The modular ultrasonic assembly equipment can be used with the reactor or alone.

The whole machine has a reasonable structure design, excellent material selection, and combines high shear emulsification and ultrasonic emulsification.

The high shear stepless speed regulation can reach a maximum speed of 30,000 rpm, providing you with a maximum shear line speed of 27 m/s.

The working head is made of stainless steel and can be reused.
