The Photo light bioreactor uses photosynthesis and microbial metabolism to achieve the transformation and production of organic matter. Photosynthesis refers to the process of using light energy to convert carbon dioxide and water into organic matter, among which photosynthetic bacteria is a kind of microorganism that can use photosynthesis to synthesize organic matter. In the photosynthetic bacteria fermentation tank, the light source provides light energy, the microbial material provides carbon, nitrogen and other elements, the gas supply system provides a suitable atmosphere, the temperature control system controls the temperature in the fermentation tank, and the stirring device promotes the growth and metabolic process of photosynthetic bacteria.

The  Stainless steel Photo light bioreactor is a container made of glass, plastic or stainless steel and other materials. It is equipped with light sources, gas supply systems, temperature control systems, stirring devices and microbial materials. Its main function is to provide light and a suitable growth environment, promote photosynthesis and microbial metabolism, and achieve the transformation and production of organic matter.

Smart PID or PLC control

Temperature, stirring speed, Ph, DO and other parameters in the tank can be controlled by subsection curve setting according to the process requirements.

Temperature Control: Adopt PID automatic control mode; SS316L jacket base for electric heating and cold water for cooling.

Dissolved oxygen control: equipped with DO electrode and shielded conductor, DO is associated with stirring motor speed, feeding, airflow, tank pressure and other parameters.

PH value control: Intelligent PID system control built-in control peristaltic pumps for acid-alkali adjustment, with high control precision.

Antifoam control: Foams are automatically detected and the peristaltic pump is controlled to add defoamer in proportion to time.

Feeding control: Peristaltic pump switch control (manual, automatic, and off); accumulation volume control; coupled with other parameters (DO, pH, etc).
