The structure of vacuum filter:
The VF series filter have a stainless steel funnel receiving flask,vacuum port,discharge valve.
Contact the vacuum port to a vacuum pump then put filter bags or filter papers into the top funnel can start fluid filtration.

Comments: this design is with big cost, but more convenient for operation. 50L glass filter funnel is with lid, can make liquid material feeding with vacuum (suck type feeding) Big feed port during meddle of lid, can also be used for clean port 50L glass filter funnel with lid can reduce material air pollution in lab. 50L glass filter funnel lid can be removed if don't use it (make it pour type). 6. the filter plate can be removed and replaced in future. |
