Working principle

The medicine cores (micropellets, small pellets or tablets, etc.) move in complex trajectories under the action of streamlined guide plates in a clean and closed rotating drum, and are automatically sprayed with coating dressings according to process parameters. At the same time, hot air is introduced from one side of the gas distribution pipe in the center of the drum under negative pressure, and the clean hot air passes through the core layer through the duckbill-shaped paddles with dense holes buried in the cores , it will be collected by the wind paddles to the other side of the gas distribution pipe for discharge, so that the coating medium sprayed on the surface of the core is dried quickly and evenly, thereby forming a solid, dense, flat and smooth surface film on the surface of the core.

3. Feeding system: Constant pressure variable peristaltic pump, eliminating the return pipe. The turning radius of the roller changes at any time with the pressure change, and the output slurry and the spraying amount are automatically balanced, which stabilizes the atomization effect, prevents the spray gun from clogging, saves dressings, and it is simple to clean without dead ends.
4. The spray gun system: has uniform atomization, large spray surface, and the universal adjustable nozzle is not affected by the amount of loading; the spray gun is blocked and the cleaning mechanism can make the coating continuous, shorten the coating time.
